Ray Osborne's Collected Writings

Welcome to the blog of Ray Osborne's collected writings.

There is a saying that goes that "The queen of all science is physics". I will borrow that and say that "That the queen of all interests is writing". One must have a deep appreciation for an interest in order to write about it. The writer gets much satisfaction out of researching their interests to obtain more expertise in their field. And this is the reason I write, to learn more about the subjects that interest me.

Writing is more than informing the reader. It is a journey for the writer. The journey involves many curves, mind disciplines, new relationships and produces other surprises along the way. It is formed and perhaps the very first form of creation.

Open any book and the first page acknowledges others who assisted in producing the book. Many times the author dedicates the book to the people who assisted them.

Research is important. When writing a book, this author likes to engage an audience to see how they react to certain stories and anecdotes not only to improve future seminars but to also incorporate into the actual writing to entertain the reader. This is part of the research stage which is complete with using short surveys.

Be sure to see the right side for upcoming seminars and check back soon for more exciting developments.
